We are two people - a saxophonist and a percussionist who have been in the community band and orchestra circuit for over 20 years combined. We not only perform in various bands and orchestras, we also manage one ourselves! We regularly work with and connect with school bands, community bands, and have built a sizeable network of connections with band instructors, various instrument teachers, musicians (both professional and amateur), repair technicians, and instrument sellers. 

We've been connecting sellers and buyers for a few years now. We saw an uptick in demand from our musicians friends lately who find it hard to get stuff they need - hey, popular stocks sell out FAST! Often, we either have to send them to overseas sellers with stock, or we ask overseas friends to help purchase and bring the items when they visit town. 

Then we had a crazy thought - why not try a direct approach? There's a gap in supply and demand in the industry, we can help fill it. Besides, we are musicians ourselves, we kinda want fast access to products too! So..... we finally decided to actually start a business. By popular demand!
